Off to the Butcher!
It’s time once again for us to go on a Saturday shopping mission. Today’s destination: Westmere Butchers, where we hope to find some sausages. Given it’s a butcher, the likelyhood is high.

Mmm.. Eggs Benedict!
I recently discovered the wonders of Eggs Benedict, especially Hollandaise sauce. Having tasted these ones at a local cafe, I tried to make them myself.. with 100% success. Don’t think we’ll be buying them any more.
